Review | Kiah Victoria – ‘Gravitate’ (EP)

The 21-year old singer-songwriter is not slowing down yet, as she shines on her latest project Gravitate.

If you’re not familiar with Kiah Victoria, then you probably didn’t watch Jay Z’s music video for “Picasso Baby” – she is the girl wowing Jay Z with her vocal ability. Kiah Victoria did not only wow music fans worldwide with her smooth vocals, but gained thousands of new fans.

On Gravitate she combines her powerful soulful voice with breathtaking production handled by her musical partner Toulouse aka Tolu Adeyemo. Kiah rides the creative new R&B subgenre PBR&B, that has been popularised by the likes of The-Weekend, JMSN and Frank Ocean on opening tracks  “Gravitate” and “Breathing Is Too Easy”.

Although the EP is flawless, Kiah shines the most on the Janelle Monae-inspired track “You Don’t Know” – an emotionally driven catchy song with a guitar featuring and horn instrumentation that blends well with her soulful voice.

The big-haired starlet has big dreams. This is a brilliant 5-track EP, that takes you on a journey of different emotions and leaves you with a positive message.|

I’ve been surfing online more than 3 hours
today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours.

It’s pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all web owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the
internet will be much more useful than ever before.
